Laura Roberts and Adam Krizbai, representatives of
Sanofi Pasteur, one of the industries major vaccine
manufacturers, will share information about adolescent immunizations as
they relate to school nurses. Lunch will be sponsored by Sanofi Pasteur.
Also, Markia Cackett, the Outreach coordinator with Health Help for Kids
will share information on how to get or keep our students Mississippi
Medicaid or CHIP benefits.

Top of exit there is “round about”, you will back
go over Hwy 6 into Oxford

Parking: first driveway on your left past the church
Come to the front door of the Christian Life Center the meeting will be
in the first room on the left.

The SMSNA will have their first
meeting this year on Thursday Sept. 9th at 3:30 at North Bay Elementary
School in Biloxi. For directions take highway I-10 Exit 44 Cedar Lake
head south. At the 2nd light, take a right on to Popps Ferry Road. The
school is a short distance on the left.
We will have a speaker, Marika Cackett, from the Medicaid/CHIPS program.

The East Region School Nurses will
be meeting on Wed, Sept 15, 2010
at 10:00 am.
We will meet at Anderson's Hospital (the room joining the
cafeteria........where we have meet before) in Meridian.
Les Hull a local pharmacist will be our speaker. (He is also Robin
Hull's husband)
Lunch will be provided.
Please contact any East nurses you know. We can accomplish allot
with allot of school nurses involved.
